Formulated with Redken's Strength Complex which contains Amino Acids and Arginine to strengthen and fortify the hair, and Citric Acid to condition and add smoothness. Using the full protein powered strength repair system with Extreme's Shampoo, Conditioner and Anti-Snap will help your hair to have a 73% decrease in breakage* and become 3x stronger.

    Order Dispatch

    All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 4pm. Currently orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on the Monday, or the Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend.

    ** Please Note: During sale times or on Black Friday and Cyber Monday please allow extra time for shipping.

    Shipping Cost

    We charge a flat Rate of £2.99 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.  

    Delivery during Sale Period: 

    Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale periods, Black Friday or Christmas time your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfil orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience at these times.

    Shipping & Return Policy

    In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Belgravia Hair Group by email (belgravia@mail.com) within 7 days .
    We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. 
                                          
    Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from  Belgravia Hair Group, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. 

    Returns should be sent to us at Belgravia Hair Group, 249 Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre, Tunbridge Wells Kent TN1 2SS. 

    If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount less shipping.
    If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided. 

    Please notify us at belgravia@mail.com if you have not received your order within 7 days of it being dispatched. If non delivery is not reported to our courier service within 7 days, we are unable to address any non delivery issues.
